Liberty Angel

I worked on this one here and there, and off and on for about two weeks,  Was intimidated by the pattern but I think she turned out nicely.  Auction is ending today in 6 hours, we'll see where she gets to travel.

Both of these ladies are made from patterns designed by Chestnut Junction.  I can't decide which one I like best.

It was interesting learning to make the patchwork star from online.  It took me a couple of failures to get it right.  Hope your Sunday has been good.   Message me if you have a comment.

Beware of Elves

When making elves,  your needle disappears into thin air; the cap on the glue bottom is gone for good; the greens don't match; and the eyes are exactly right, not to mention the eyebrows; then you find the needle after you step on it.  lol, good luck, with this Olde Country Cupboard pattern.

I got my revenge, put these two in plastic bags and then in a Trader Joe's plastic bag and said "see you two at Christmas".

Thursday's doll

Had to improvise...no bright red yarn for hair.  Scrappy pillows from the leftovers.
Like the lady on TV says, if you don't have bread, eat a cracker.
Olde Country Cupboard pattern, last years snowpeople fabric. 

New pattern from Chestnut Junction, but improvised.  Really missing my daily run to Joann fabrics to get the supplies I need, but I am staying in!  She painted hers.
